My sensitive skin LOVES these products. I began a skincare routine early on in my twenties but all I did back then was make sure to remove my makeup every night, wash my face with a mild cleanser and apply a moisturizer. As I have entered my thirties there has been a couple of new additions but I still keep it very simple.
First thing I do before showering is remove my makeup with makeup removing cloths (not pictured because I switch the brand up often) I love the Target Up and Up brand, the Neutragena brand and even the Walmart equate brand they all work great.
I wash my face daily in the evening either in the shower or sink with the Murad Time Release Acne Cleanser I have been using this cleanser for over a year. I just repurchased my second tube recently, a little goes a long way and it lasts soooo long! This has kept my breakouts controlled but if I do breakout that little bugger will usually disappear within 1-2 days max. This stuff is amazing.
Next up with my face patted (not rubbed) dry I use this super inexpensive MAYBELLINE Eye Makeup Remover to take off any remaining eye makeup. (I love me some mascara and then more mascara) 😉
Final two steps are applying this light Laneige Water Bank Serum all over my face and neck and then apply my Advanced Time Zone Age Reversing Line/Wrinkle Eye Creme.
The serum is brand spanking new to me, I received a generous sample of it in my June 2016 Target beauty box. After 2 weeks of using it all up I couldn’t be without it and I went right to target.com and purchased the 60ml full size! This stuff is really unique and has replaced my usual moisturizer (also something I switch up often) my skin is as hydrated as when I apply moisturizer! The bottle is really gorgeous.
I have been using the Estee Lauder eye cream for a couple of years now, I’ve tried many others but they are never as light and hydrating as this one. It doesn’t eliminate my fine lines but keeps my undereye makeup looking non crepey or creasy like. If I don’t use this eye cream daily: plain and simple my undereye makeup looks bad.
So that is my super simple daily routine. I am sure a time will come when I want to spend time researching more age specific products but for now these all work great. I happily invest in the products that produce consistent noticeable results for me and that I cannot be without because there is a noticeable difference when I don’t use it. Other products I can interchange with drugstore versions and I’m totally happy with that.
